As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be working within our lead generation or opportunity conversion team. Within the ‘lead generation’ team, promising prospects for our services are identified with our own internal software, Fleet Watch. You categorize these customers and determine whether they fit our customer profile. In addition, you do additional research to gather all relevant information about these leads, such as who owns the vessel we want to clean or what the contact details are. In addition, you actively think along how we can improve our lead generation and qualification, for example by making adjustments in Salesforce etc.

As Inside Sales Specialist within the ‘opportunity conversion’ team you will handle all generated leads and incoming requests. You follow up these leads and requests by phone and/or email and make sure an appropriate offer is made to the customer of our services. You will handle all incoming questions from the customer and be their first point of contact from Fleet Cleaner regarding the offer. The goal is to convert as many leads and requests as possible into actual orders. Also within this team there is room to actively think along to improve the processes, software etc. to be able to serve the customers even better.

What is required?

• At least a completed college or university degree in a commercial, business or technical field;
• at least two years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an international environment);
• Good command of Dutch and English (and preferably a third language, such as Greek or an Asian language).
